Follow this instruction to download service manuals, software and technotes from PartnerNet. You need to install a small download-program called FileZilla.

Use the settings as shown on the image below (Click the image to enlarge).

Host:  ftp.furuno.dk

Logontype: Simple FTP

Type username and password and click OK.

Choose the first icon on th menuline in FileZilla and start the FTP session, which you named "FTP artner net".

Now you should be able to see your own PC on the left side and the FTP folder on the right side. From here it's just Drag & Drop.
